JY series direct current risistance spot welding inverter is a new type power supply, in which IGBT invert technology, micro-chip control technology and modern electric power-electron technology is adopted. It has following advantages, high effiency, high power factor and precise controlling. It is fit for spot welding of copper, aluminium, nickel, molybdenum and others noble metal or alloy specially. It is also fit for precision component welding and auto-welding.
?Direct current output, high heat effiency, wide technics adaptability
?Response rapidly. The controlling cycle is less than 1 ms with the 1～4kHz invert frequency. The welding speed is quicker than capacitor-store-energy welding power supply, as it need not charge, and it is more controllable?
