CBN cutter has higher wear resistance than hard alloy and ceramics, and can reduce the size deviation or size dispersion in the processing of large parts. The heat resistance of PCBN can reach 1400℃, which is much higher than that of diamond tools (700~800℃). It has been proved that the cutting temperature above 1100℃ can still maintain high sharp cutting performance, suitable for dry cutting
