1. Product Decription of PCD Cutting Tool Blank

PCD Cutting Tool Blank is made in the environment with high temperature and the ultrahigh pressure, made of Diamond PCD and Tungsten Carbide with bonding agent.

PCD Blanks consists of PCD layer integrally sintered at ultrahigh pressure and high temperature to a cemented tungsten carbide backing. The standard PCD Blanks is round, also could be cut into Triangle, square, rectangle, sectors and others as drawing.

CDW002 2μm Good Electrical Machine Performance, Excellent Toughness

Mainly used for engrave milling cutter and thread cutting tools, also used in woodworking saws
CDW010 10μm Universal PCD Grade, Good Toughness and high wear resistance

Universal machining process, wood molding, medium and low silicon aluminum alloy parts, such as pistons
CDW025 25μm High wear resistance and edge quality

Suit for high silicon aluminum alloy, MMC, Tungsten Carbide and Ceramic, Mainly used in wood finishing inserts
CDW302 2~30μm Mixed 2 μm and 25 μm, good wear resistance and edge quality and strength

Mainly used for machining MMC, high silicon al alloy, high strength cast iron and other application
