1. Product Decription of PCD Cutting Tool Blanks
PCD Cutting Tool Blanks have different advantages such as high abrasive resistance, low friction coefficient, high rigidity, high thermal conductivity, low heat expansion coefficient, good strength and stiffness.
Its hardness can reach up to 8000 HV, which is 80 to 120 times more than tungsten carbide.
PCD has the thermal conductivity from 1.5 to 9 times higher than tungsten carbide. It is also than that of PCBN and copper. Its thermal conductivity approaches 700 W/mK. The PCD blank has a possibility to transfer heat fast.
