Fire rating of polycarbonate corrugated roof panels
In general, polycarbonate corrugated roof panels that have undergone flame retardant treatment can achieve a fire rating of B1 and are classified as flame-retardant materials. Under the specified test conditions, it is difficult to ignite, ignite or carbonize when exposed to open flames in the air or under high temperature. When the fire source is removed, the combustion or slight ignition will immediately stop.
However, the specific fire rating still needs to be determined based on the standards and actual testing results of the product, and products produced by different manufacturers may have certain differences in fire performance. If used in construction sites with special requirements, it is recommended to review the product's testing report and relevant certifications to ensure that its fire rating meets the usage requirements.
