How Should I Use Red
Light Therapy?
Each of our devices comes with a hanging kit consisting of a door mount, an adjustable pulley, hanging cables, an instruction card and a user manual that will allow you to set up your device quickly and easily. The devices can also be used set on a hard surface like a table, countertop, or desk. When it comes to light therapy, dose is important. If the dose is too small, benefits are left on the table. If the dose is too great, the benefits are negated.

For skin and topical treatments, shoot for a dose between 3J and 10J per treatment area. For deep tissue treatments, shoot for a dose between 10J and 50J per treatment area.
