Description
The stainless steel construction allows also the processing of wet and salted products. The roasting is carried out by forced air process and this permits to obtain a plain and homogeneous product. The roaster is divided in three different sections, including feeding section, roasting section and cooling section. By increase or decrease the roasting sections, we can achieve different produce capacity. The product passes though all the sections transported by a conveyor belt. The heating plant operated with gaseous fuels; natural gas LPG and others; it provide with safety systems so to make the roaster working absolutely safe. The roaster is provided with a PLC control board which allows a quick and easy adjustment of the various processing parameters; the switchboard is equipped with a system of recording the various processing parameters; the recording of these parameters is visible in any moment and permits to examine and evaluate the roasting along the whole processing.
Application
This peanut roaster machine is mainly used for baking or drying peanuts, chestnuts, walnuts, almonds, swallowed beans, soybean, coffee beans, seeds and other materials.
