Main Equipments function:

Cleaning: The sesame cleaning machine uses the characteristics of relatively light sesame seeds to remove the sand and stones in the sesame seeds by washing with water. The spin dryer uses the centrifugal force generated by the rotating cone to separate the excessive water produced in the washing machine. Compared with the previous water control, it saves time, reduces the water content in sesame seeds, and saves subsequent baking costs.

Peeling: Sesame peeling machine is a vertical structure, the internal space can be fully utilized, the volume is small, the structure is simple, the appearance is beautiful, the operation is convenient, and the maintenance rate is low. A composite agitator is used. This type of agitator can produce axial splitting, radial splitting and circular splitting; the material is turned fully and there is no dead corner. The use of the compound mixer shortens the time for soaking, peeling and separating sesame seeds, improves production efficiency and product yield, and improves product quality.

Roasting: Sesame roaster is a special equipment to dry and roast sesame, coffee bean, mung bean/green gram, soybean and other small grain foods.

Sesame seeds roaster adopts intelligent electronic digital temperature control device to control the temperature automatically, and the roasted material can be evenly heated. This machine has automatic lifting function to discharge the material automatically and increase the degree of automation

Cooling: The butter is pumped into cooling machine, through pipes twisted inside of cooler, the ideal temperature will obtain. It must have control temperature from cooling Temperature to 45-60C adjustable.

Grinding: Use Disc grinder to make the first grinding, the blanched sesame seeds will be feed into the primary grinder’s first ,then they will be put by a kind of screw force, sesame seeds will fall to limited gauge between two disc and be grinded by sand disc in high speed.

Blending : This tank has two layers, with two functions, mixing and Make the butter more homogeneous. Moreover, it can also decrease the butter’s temperature with large extent. this tank must have gauge temperature to measure how hot.

Degassing: Remove the air to make peanut butter more stable

Filling: Filling volume adjustment handle, filling speed can be adjusted, high filling accuracy.The filling head adopts anti-drip leakage, anti-wire drawing and lifting filling device.
