PEI resin 3D printing filament have high mechanical strength and excellent tensile strength, tensile strength is over 85MPa, much higher thanother common 3D printing materials. This allows the printed products to withstand high stress and load, making them suitable for manufacturing parts with high mechanical performance requirements. Its bending modulus is also high, with good rigidity and deformation resistance.

Thermal performance:

Excellent thermal stability, with a glass transition temperature of about 217 ° C and an initial melting temperature of around 240 ° C. It has good chemical resistance, high tolerance to acids, bases, organic solvents, etc., can be used in harsh chemical environments, and is not easily corroded or degraded by chemical substances.
