Bearing grade PEEK is a high-performance material composed of PEEK, PTFE, and graphene.


PEEK adding graphene can further improve the strength, hardness, and tensile properties of composite materials,it can withstand higher external forces and pressures;

At the same time, the addition of PTFE can improve the toughness of the material and reduce the possibility of brittle fracture under stress.

PTFE has an extremely low coefficient of friction. When combined with PEEK and graphene, it can make the surface of the composite material smoother, further reduce the coefficient of friction, and enhance its self-lubricating performance. It can effectively reduce wear and energy loss between components and extend the service life.


PEEK has excellent high temperature resistance, and graphene has high thermal conductivity. The combination of the two can maintain stable performance of composite materials in high temperature environments, effectively dissipate heat, and avoid material performance degradation caused by local overheating.


Excellent chemical stability: PEEK and PTFE both have good chemical stability and are not easily corroded by chemical substances. Graphene's chemical properties are also relatively stable.
