The processing process of carbon fiber reinforced PPS composite is consistent with that of glass fiber reinforced PPS composite, which is easy to achieve large-scale production. Carbon fiber can improve the lubrication performance, wear resistance and electrical conductivity of PPS, so that the composite material has a wider application space. At the same time, CF plays the role of heterogeneous nucleation in PPS crystallization, which improves the crystallinity of PPS, as well as the tensile strength, bending strength and bending modulus of PPS.
