SJ-F65 PP FILM BLOWING MACHINE

Use:

Mainly pack audio-video tape, toy, disc, magazine, glass, advertising material, camera, painting brush,shoes,sweet food and soon.

Feature:

1. Composed by three squeezing machines, joint squeezing rotatory die head, system of wind cooling and water cooling, double axial film, double-bubble squeezing productive line, infra-redheating, motor control system and etc. Parts.

2. Die head and cooling wind ring rotates continuously in order to ensure drawing in and rolling up of film is even and smooth.

3. Φ300 change of die head, applying to blow film with different specifications.

4. Dispose various functional elements on the spot according to the selection of consumer.

5.Standard water ring:40cm 50cm 60cm 70cm(4pcs)

Different size of aluminum formers/ sizers for different width of PP film production.(Option device )

6.With Auto loader to such the raw material in the hopper ,it is much convenient to operate for high hopper place.

TAIWAN inverter ;YUYAO temperature controller and Chint electrical switches

8.Cast aluminium heater rings in the screw with thermal couple ;waste blower pipe ;non stainless water plate and water pump.

9. Slitting device on both sides and wind the film on two rollers.
