Multifunctional Plastic Bag Making Machine Fully Automatic Bag Making Machine

1. Characteristics:

This machine has four functions(soft loop handle bag, patch handle bag, poly draw handle bag,

die cut handle bag) which is combined with machinery, optics, electric and pneumatic.

The whole machine adopts microcomputer control, Panasonic servo motor control system which

can fix length of bag freely. Photoelectric tracker, accurate and stable, stopping automatically when

the label is lost. Automatic pressure synchronous punching and synchronous sealing. Automatic

counting which can set count alarm. Automatic constant temperature make the sealing firm and

smooth.

a. Flexible soft loop handle and patch film feeding system, fully automatic.(patent)

b. Per-sealing knife, heated on double sides and strong for fusing, to make the bags without

deformation.

c. The sealing knife is made of high queality material and without deformation even heated

by high temperature.

d. Newly design of sealing knife top lift and turn over systerm

e. It’s designed by hesting punching, and it’s easy to cut off, the waster can fall off

automatically.
