1. The raw materials are made of high chromium stainless steel: the optimized carbon chromium ratio and refined grain elements make the die have excellent wear resistance and stronger fatigue fracture resistance.

2. We have the ability of forging raw materials and a scientific early-stage heat treatment process.

3. The die’s hole adopts European gun drilling process, combined with vacuum heat treatment process, the die hole finish can reach Ra 0.4 ~ 1.6, and the ring die’s hardness can reach 52 ~ 55 HRC.
