We chose high-strength steel as the raw material and made a special wear-resistant process to get the special wear-resistant layer and surface hardness that can reach HRC 70. This kind of high-strength steel has high impact toughness and strong fracture resistance in the internal. And internal hardness can reach HRC 55.
The normal flat die is also made of high-wear resistance mold steel for prolonged usage, with maximum cutting and scraping resistance.
The product also uses a machining center to obtain smooth discharging, small diameter error, and high mold hole finish.

A small angle deep cone is suitable for the formula that multi-fiber easy to block the holes.
