Flat Die is the key accessory of the extruder to produce aquatic feed, sinking feed, floating feed, suspend feed.

Raw material: We have three materials for the flat dies to meet the customer’s need of toughness and abrasion performance.
We chose high-strength steel as the raw material and made a special wear-resistant process to get the special wear-resistant layer and surface hardness that can reach HRC 70. This kind of the high-strength steel has high impact toughness and strong fracture resistance in the internal. And internal hardness can reach HRC 55.
The normal flat die is also made of high-wear resistance mold steel for prolonged usage, with maximum cutting and scraping resistance.
The product also uses a machining center to obtain smooth discharging, small diameter error, and high mold hole finish.
We have several types of the holes, such as: long cone, short cone, stepped, arc to meet the different expansion requirements. And we can design the hole’s structure based on the raw materials.
Small angle deep cone is suitable for the formula that multi-fiber easy to block the holes.
Spherical arc is suitable for less starch formula.
Big angle is suitable for less expansion feed.
Above these features make for an extremely cost-efficient product, with high intensity, wearing resistance, and corrosion resistance.
