Working principle:

Raw material pretreatment: Initially, the feed raw materials are crushed or ground to obtain smaller particle sizes. This process could be done using a grater or pulverizer.

Pelletizing process: The material is fed into the granulation chamber and rotated by the friction roller of the mold. This forces the material to be extruded into the hole of the mold, then compacted into a cylindrical strip, finally cut by the cutter at the outlet and turned into pellets. The finished granules then roll out of the granulation chamber.
