Sawdust ring die pellet machine is a kind of equipment used to produce biomass pellet fuel. (1) Product structure:
The vertical ring die wood pellet machine consists of a pellet machine base, a large reduction box, a bearing room, a feeding cover, a discharging part, and an electric motor.

(2) Working principle:
The sawdust pellet machine operates in the direct-connection mode of the motor. The motor is connected to the shaft of the reducer through a gear coupling. After a 90° change of direction, the horizontal motor drives the hollow transfer spindle of the vertical casting, and the spindle drives the pressure roller to roll the mold. The inner surface completes the pressing process.
When working, the raw material of biomass sawdust falls vertically from the feed inlet, and the material is continuously and evenly distributed on the surface of the inner cavity of the mold (the contact surface between the pressing roller and the mold) through the rotation of the pressing roller, and the powdery material is crushed by the pressing roller Holes through the mold (holes evenly distributed on the inner surface of the mold). In this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, resulting in physical changes or appropriate chemical changes (according to the material), which promotes the powdery material to form a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body, and then the particles are cut off by a broken knife and discharged from the discharge port. The pressing process of the pellets is complete.
