Our company developed a complete feed production line for domestic and foreign livestock and poultry farmers, farmers, rural cooperatives and feed manufacturers. This production line consists of various operations, namely crushing, mixing, granulation, cooling, screening, packaging, and conveying equipment. The process flow is designed to be comprehensive and efficient with high adaptability, serving different types of users. The feed it produces satisfies the needs of livestock, cattle, sheep and other animals with both a full price formula feed and a grass feed.
With the development of animal husbandry and the advancement of feed industry technology, granulators are important equipment in the granulation process. The production efficiency of pelletizers seriously affects the economic benefits of feed factories. In order to improve production efficiency, it is not only necessary to have good equipment, but also to design a reasonable granulation machine production process. Granulation is widely used in livestock and poultry industries such as pigs, broilers, cows, sheep, and fish.
In order to provide you with the most refined, simplified, and cost-effective products, we have launched a newly developed feed small unit feed production machine with two designs to choose from:
Model | Capacity (KG/H) | Motor (KW) |
---|---|---|
ZLSP120B | 60-90 | 3 |
ZLSP150B | 90-150 | 4 |
ZLSP200B | 200-300 | 7.5 |
ZLSP230B | 300-400 | 11 |
ZLSP260B | 400-600 | 15 |
ZLSP300B | 600-800 | 22 |
ZLSP400B | 800-1200 | 30 |
The operational principle of a small feed complete set of small units is quite simple. It consists of several key components, starting with a pulverizer, which is used to crush various feed raw materials into powder-like particles. These particles are then transported to a mixer, although some powder materials that do not require being crushed can be directly fed into the mixer through a screw conveyor.
Once the raw materials are in the mixer they are evenly mixed through double screw belts. Afterward, they are transported to the granulator through a screw elevator. The particles produced by the granulator are subsequently cooled and screened by a cooling and screening machine, and any unqualified particles are re-pelletized.
Finally, the qualified finished granules are packaged via a packaging machine.
