The PTO Pellet Machine is a small feed/biomass pellet manufacturing machine. It is designed to be driven by the tractor's Power Take-off (PTO), avoiding the use of electric motors or diesel engines. This machine is equipped with a jack shaft and different spline couplings to connect to the tractor or truck. It is renowned for its ease of connection and disconnection to the PTO, thus allowing the extraction of energy from the tractor's energy source, such as solid, liquid, or gas fuels.

The feed pellet machine is widely used due to its capability to suppress livestock pellet feed and process biomass pellets. It possesses a simple structure, wide applicability, small footprint, and low noise. It is composed of a feed inlet, a discharge outlet, an electric control box, a motor, a mold, a pressure roller etc. The template and pressure roller are made of high-quality alloy steel and specially treated.

Under the action of friction, the main shaft and flat mold of the feed granulator drive the pressure roller to rotate. Meanwhile, the pressure roller and template generate high temperature to ripen the starch. As a result, particles are compressed and discharged from the mold hole. The user can adjust the length of the particle feed independently.

The feed pellet machine can be classified into two types according to its structure: moving disc and moving roller. The moving disc feed granulator consists of spindle driving the flat mold to rotate while the pressure roller does not move. It is generally used for producing feed/small yield sawdust particles. On the other hand, the moving roller feed granulator has its spindle driving the pressure roller to rotate while the flat mold does not move. This type of machine is typically used for large-scale production of sawdust particles.
