Twin screw wet extruder machines are commonly used in the production of puffed feed. Under a pair of parallel meshing screw pumps, they are instantly extruded and cut into particles from a certain shape of mold holes. There are many factors that affect the expansion of materials, but they are mainly closely related to the conditioning conditions, operating conditions of the extruder, and material properties. Changing the extrusion conditions can control the sinking and floating properties of puffed feed.

5. Excellent palatability. The puffed pellet product has the characteristics of porosity and uniform texture, and produces some aromatic substances, which increases the feed's attractivity, stimulates the appetite of aquatic animals, and increases feed intake.
6. Expanded the scope of raw material utilization. The twin screw expansion function processes materials containing excessive moisture, oil, or cellulose into other forms of aquatic feed, enriching feed resources.
