Working principle:
The ZLSP series feed pellet machine uses an electric motor or diesel engine as the driving shaft for power, and operates in cycles based on this.
The main shaft, mold plate, and friction pressure roller are driven by gears, resulting in a friction temperature (between the pressure roller and mold plate) that can reach up to 80 ° C. Under the action of high temperature and pressure rollers, high-quality formed particles are rolled out of the discharge port through the holes on the mold plate. At the same time, the length of the particles can be set according to the position of the blade you adjust.
The flat mold equipped with the machine is processed based on a large amount of experimental data obtained from different raw materials, which will have a good effect on general raw materials. However, if the particles produced by your material are dusty and have low forming efficiency, you can adjust the compression ratio of the flat mold according to the material.
