Biomass wood pellet fuel is made from compacted sawdust and other waste wood, in a cylindrical shape, with a diameter of usually 6-10mm and a length of 10-30mm. Biomass wood pellet fuel produces almost no carbon dioxide during combustion, it is recognized as one of the most environmentally friendly fuels.
Generally, the production process of the entire biomass fuel pellet production line is: raw materials - crushing (depending on the raw materials, whether to configure a crusher) - drying - conveying - forming (granulation) - cooling - packaging - warehousing.
The manufacturing process of biological sawdust particle fuel:
1. Firstly, there is the raw material storage yard, where sawdust is the main raw material for biomass and wood particle fuel. To ensure normal and sustainable fuel production, it is necessary to ensure a raw material demand of at least 15 days.
2. The second step is screening, where the raw materials are transported to the screening machine through a twisting conveyor for screening, and larger debris such as wooden blocks or iron nails are removed.
3. Thirdly, drying, pellet machine requires strict requirements for the moisture content of raw materials. After screening, the raw materials are transported to a drum dryer through a conveyor and dried by hot air.
4. The fourth step is cyclone separation. After the raw materials are dried and transported, a large amount of moisture exists after passing through, and the moisture is discharged through the cyclone separator.
5. The fifth step is material transportation. The logistics transportation of this system requires corresponding transportation equipment. According to needs, screw conveyors, auger conveyors, and elevators can be used to transport materials to the corresponding equipment.
6. The sixth step, Granulation and Forming: The biomass wood pellet machine is a key equipment in the production line, which can be used for different raw materials such as sawdust, corn straw, soybean straw, cotton straw, and peanut shell. The processed biomass pellets can have a combustion particle density of 1.0-1.3 tons/cubic meter.
7. The seventh step is cooling. The produced biomass pellet fuel has a temperature of up to 80-90 ℃, a relatively loose structure, and is prone to breakage. It must go through a countercurrent cooling system and be cooled to room temperature before being bagged and stored or sent into the silo through a belt conveyor and elevator.
8. The last step is packaging, which can be sold directly after being automatically weighed and packaged by an automatic packaging machine
