Equipment introduction:
1. Mixer: add a certain proportion of water into raw materials such as corn flour, Rice noodles, soybean flour, fish meal, meat meal, cereal flour and additives to fully mix them evenly.
2. Feeding machine: Transport the stirred raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder. This device is convenient, fast, and labor-saving for loading, with high efficiency.
3. Expansion machine: The expansion machine adopts advanced frequency conversion speed control technology for more energy-saving and precise speed control. The current and speed of the motor during operation can be directly seen through the frequency converter panel, ensuring equipment safety.
4. Conveyor: Conveys the produced particles to the drying equipment.
5. Drying equipment: The drying equipment is divided into electric ovens, fuel ovens, gas ovens, and steam ovens, with temperatures ranging from 0 to 150 degrees Celsius adjusted by the control cabinet. The interior of the oven is made of stainless steel mesh belt, which is stable in transportation and has a low failure rate. Feed particles are cycled and dried through multiple S-shaped tracks to a safe moisture content, increasing their shelf life.
6. Spraying seasoning line: The seasoning tube has octagonal tube, cylinder, lifting single drum, and double drum seasoning lines. It is configured according to the nature and capacity of the output product. Through this process, burrs on the surface of feed particles can be removed, making the surface of feed particles smoother
7. Cooling conveyor: Reduce the surface temperature of dried particles, promote oil solidification, reduce particle temperature, and facilitate packaging.
8. Vibration screen: Screen out excess external materials and particle residues to ensure quality while ensuring the reuse of raw materials.
9. Packaging machines: can use manual sealing machines and automated packaging machines, and can be configured according to customer requirements
