High-Efficiency Feed Pellet Production Line: Clean, Crush, Mix, Granulate, Cool, Screen & Pack
Processing process flow of a 2-ton hourly feed pellet unit:
With the development of society, the aquaculture industry has become a good project for young people to start businesses. More and more small-scale farms have been established, and meticulous farmers believe that producing their own feed will be more cost-effective than purchasing full price feed directly. Self made feed not only ensures the safety of the feed, but also has a very balanced nutrition. The general process flow of a feed pellet production line includes steps such as raw material receiving, initial cleaning, crushing, mixing, granulation, cooling, screening, and packaging.
1. Initial cleaning of raw materials: Initial cleaning of raw material reception is the first step in the production process, which ensures timely supply of materials suitable for the next step by removing impurities.
2. Raw material crushing: After the raw materials meet the requirements for granulation, it is necessary to crush them to a certain level, as the quality of crushing directly affects the quality of formula feed products and subsequent processes.
3. Feed mixing: The next step is to stir and mix various raw materials. As long as the raw materials are thoroughly stirred and evenly mixed, the next step of granulation and molding can be carried out.
4. Feed granulation: Feed granulation is the core of the entire production line. After the raw materials enter the granulation chamber, the high friction between the pressure wheel and the grinding plate generates high-strength pressure, which can shape the stirred raw materials in one go. After high-temperature gelatinization, the particle material has a good degree of maturation. The compressed particles can be fed directly.
5. Feed cooling: Due to the high temperature of the pellets produced by the pellet machine, in order to ensure the quality of the feed, a cooling machine can be used to quickly cool and dry them, making the feed less fragile and convenient for storage.
6. Feed packaging: The processed finished feed needs to be packaged to ensure the quality and safety of the feed, highlight the feed brand, and enhance the economic value of feed particles.
