Scope of application: used to make cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits and other animals, livestock and poultry feed. Such as 2-4mm diameter chicken feed pellets and pig feed pellets. 2-5mm rabbit feed pellets, 4-8mm cattle or sheep feed pellets. The finished particle length can be adjusted.
Use and maintenance
1. Before using the machine, check whether the screws of each part are fastened.
2. Before starting the machine, check whether the power wiring is safe, and loosen the adjustment screws on both ends of the pressure wheel, then start the motor, and observe whether there is any abnormal sound during rotation. If there is any abnormal sound, stop the machine for inspection.
3. Take 10 kg of grass powder, add 25 kg of fine soil, 3 kg of engine oil and stir evenly. (Small size halved) Adjust and tighten the two pressure rollers first, then start the machine, feed and grind one after another, repeat the grinding several times until the template hole is smooth and all the materials are discharged.
4. Put a small amount of material at the beginning, and then gradually increase the amount when the particles are extruded. Repeated processing of the extruded particles can make the template run in better.
5. After several times of processing, the pellet machine can process powdery materials for feed granulation and extrusion molding. The hardness and moisture content of processed particles can be adjusted according to user needs.
6. Stop feeding before stopping the machine. After the remaining materials in the machine are processed, stop the machine. It does not need to be cleaned in a short time. It can be directly added to the mixed feed when it is used again. If it is stopped for a long time, the remaining material in the template hole should be cleaned and anti-rust treatment.
7. Under normal production conditions, the pressure roller must be cleaned with gasoline or diesel oil once every five days, and high-speed lubricating oil must be injected at the same time. The gearbox is maintained once every six months, and the bearing is cleaned once every seven days.
8. When replacing the template of the granulator, the reverse buckle nut should be removed first. There are two symmetrical small holes on both sides of the inner hole of the template, and the template can be slowly ejected with screws. If you feel strenuous, hit the formwork with a hammer, and screw the screw while knocking to prevent the screw from breaking in the hole.
