Pre-sales service

• Explain the technical property, usage and applying method by documents, picture and video;
• Show our sales situation in the local market by reports;
• Analyze the customer's inquiry, and recommend appropriate products on base of saving cost, simplifying operation and pursuing the maximum cost performance,
• Make the engineering design scheme according to the PTS, and recommend the customer's suitable size and theoretically calculated quantities;
• Provide samples free of charge according to customer needs,
• Provide similar history cases to customer ,

2. On- sales service

• Produce the standard production according to customer’s PTS,
• Delivery according to the delivery date of contract,
• Provide ITP before production,
• Share the production process in the form of photos and videos timely,
• Free on customized packing design,logo printing and pallet,
• Check the quantity and appearance, inspect physical performance , and issue test reports,
• Calculate the loading scheme ,to avoid container shortage and overflow.
• Provide long-term cooperative forwarder resources to assist cargo in shipping timely.
• Track the ETD and ETA after shipping.
• Track arrival excellent without damage.
• Ask customers about their product feedback timely .
• Regularly track the sales of customers.

1. After- sales service

• The goods provided are brand-new goods manufactured by us and meet (or better than) relevant quality standards proposed by the state, industry and bidding documents.
• It is promised that within the warranty period, we will provide good after-sales service and technical support for the bidding products, and provide long-term after-sales (including technical service) services.
• In case of product quality problems during the warranty period, our company promises to take measures and replace them free of charge.
• When the product is put into use and the owner needs to provide technical guidance services, we will reply within 24 hours and send engineers to the site designated by the owner or the construction party
• The work promised to cooperate with the construction party includes but is not limited to: installation demonstration, on-site personnel training, technical consultation, on-site application guidance, quality tracking and assistance in solving on-site problems.
• If the goods are damaged due to the buyer's reason, our company promises to be responsible for repair and replacement, and provide the parts to be replaced as soon as possible.
