Fluid Bed Dryers are designed to Uniform drying of the material at low temperature. Fluid Bed Dryers are made of Stainless Steel 304/316 with GMP standards. The complete unit is supplied with Suitable motor, blower, filters, filter bag, control panel. Heating system provided as per specific customer requirements.

- Uniform mixing, granulating &drying.
- Automatic pneumatic shaking system (telescopictype).
- Pneumatically operated inflatable silicon for sealing the product container from top & bottom and filter bag ring.
- Air Inlet filtration unit comprising of 10 micron coarse filter followed by 3 micron fine pre-filter & finally passed through 0.3micron -Hepa filter.
- Integrated filter bag housing chamber.
- On-line sampling device.
- Differential Pressure gauge/Pressure transmitter across filter bag/Hepa filter to monitor pressure drop.
- Infinitely variable control damper at exhaust for regulating air-flow.
- Solid flow monitor system.
- Fluidization air control through VFD/ Velocity sensor.
