Main Features

2) The surface of the deflector is narrow, which avoids the adhesion of the dressing on the surface, saves the dressing and improves the quality of the medicine.
3) The radius of gyration of the roller changes with pressure, the output slurry and the amount of spray are automatically balanced, the atomization effect is stabilized, the spray system is simplified, the clogging of the spray gun is prevented, the dressing is saved, and the cleaning is simple and has no dead angle.
4) The spray gun designed and manufactured for the coating has uniform atomization and large spray surface; the spray gun clogging cleaning mechanism can continuously carry out the coating, shorten the coating time and save the coating dressing.
With CIP online cleaning system, the D-type machine in addition to possess all the functions and characteristics of C-type machine, but also have the following characteristics:
1. different parts of the main machine are collocated with a number of nozzles for cleaning machine on-line.
2. Configured the independent cleaning liquid booster distribution station to make sure the pressure of cleaning liquid from every spray head get up to 0.6 Mpa and wash the coating machine effectively.
3. Configured the cycle cleaning and drainage systems for the cleaning process to choose.
4. Under the control of the PLC, can program a number of cleaning procedures.
5. Under the control of the PLC, dry the remanent water of each nozzle by compressed air.
6. Under the control of the PLC, implement fully automatic washing and drying process.
