SED-1/1XGS Automatic Filling Stoppering and Capping machine for the application of liquid (sterile injection) filling stoppering and capping for plastic or glass bottles.

The machine is composed by a bottle turntable,single head vial filling Stoppering machine and single head capping machine. With option of addding 100 class laminar air flow hood and 4 gloves box for injectable liquid.

Filling quantity of all pumps is adjusted in a lump, minim adjustable. Easy and quick operate.


Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leak. Bottom diving fill, no foam.


Suitable to various sizes of container, easy adjusting, short time cost.

Change the parts on the stoppering machine can easily achieve half stoppering fuction. Be prepare for freez drying process.

Has option of adding air flow hood and gloves box to the line.
