Feature of Powder Capsule Filler

1.The internal design of the mold turntable is improved, and the original Japanese linear bearing is used to ensure the accuracy and service life of the equipment.
2.The design of underslung cam and pressure atomizing oil pump reduces wear and prolong the service life of parts.
3.The column and the chassis are integrated, so that the filling seat is not easy to shift, and the feeding is more stable and accurate.
4.Based on the lower plane of the dosage plate, three-dimensional adjustment and uniform gap, the filling accuracy can be effectively ensured, and it is very convenient for cleaning.
5.Equipped with touch screen, when there is a lack of material or capsules or a failure in the material channel, it will automatically alarm, automatically stop, and display the real-time measurement of each capsule and the cumulative output.
