Attached list is various kinds of relation curve between steam inlet and outlet pressure - differential and steam discharge pressure, for example: Model-Q B-3, QB - 9 Steam Pump, When steam pressure-differential in piston is 0 .7MPa, steam discharge pressure is right 1.17MPa (equal to 117 m Hg) shown in list with dotted line, the lowest steam pressure more than 0.3 MPa, otherwise pump will not starting.
