OPSS800 digital infrared suspended solids sensor is based on the 90 degree infrared scattering method of ISO7027 standard, which measures the suspended solids value of the sample according to the intensity of the scattered light of suspended particles in the water sample.
The suspended solids probe uses near-infrared LED as the light source, even if there is color in the sample, it will not affect the measurement result.
