Crystal Lithium Tantalate Wafer 3inch 4inch with Customized Orientation and Thickness
The present neutron study, based on 77 independent F meas, has resulted in an unambiguous determination of all nuclear positions in LiTaO 3, with a final value of R = 0.0335. The nuclear and atomic position coordinates, given in the preceding X-ray study, are in excellent agreement. The corresponding nuclear and atomic thermal vibration ellipsoids also do not differ significantly. The LiTaO 3 crystal is isomorphous with LiNbO 3. The z-coordinates of oxygen in the two crystals differ by 0.055 at room temperature, resulting in a more nearly symmetrical arrangement in LiTaO 3. This difference is probably related to the much lower Curie temperature of the tantalate.

A: The wafer products are fragile and sometimes expensive. The last thing, as the manufacturer, we want to see is the products we make were damaged during courier. As a result, we will pack the wafers adequately and put them in a proper carton filled with buffer sponge. However, accidents are inevitable sometimes. So, please follow the “Acceptance check” steps shown in the drawings below. If the unwanted happened, we will either give the replenishment or refund if you follow the checking steps.
