The main material is made of stainless steel, made by precision workmanship, and the product has no burrs and is smoothly polished.

Use Installation Steps:

1. Receiving check whether the product is defective or out of stock
2. Unscrew the glass tube fixing screw
3. Take out the glass tube and the heart(be careful to drop it)
4. Screw on the clamping handle
5. Reinstall the glass needle tube
6. Tighten the piston adjustment handle
7. Adjust the capacity adjustment screw according to the demand
8. After installation and inspection, install the needle

Solve Air Leak:

If you find air leakage when using the syringe, you can adjust the syringe to have an oval handle; the handle is concerned to the center rod, and the red rubber plug can be squeezed to achieve a seal when screwed.

A: Firstly we confirm product details and then send the Proforma Invoice. You make payment via T/T, after we confirm your payment then ship the product to you once finished production.

2. What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For disposable material, we have our own MOQ of 500pc for each size of syringe

3. What is your warranty?

A: For most products the warranty is for 12 months, some products we provide 18 months warranty.

4. What’s your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5 working days if goods in stock, within 10 working days if the goods need production, also the delivery time depends on quantity.

5. How to ship the product?

A: The shipping way normally depends on your quantity, total CBM and weight. We have our own shipping company to provide best shipping cost and efficient way.
