Main application:
This machine is dedicated for manufacturing military and civilian hard stacks. The manufacturing process for hard stack is subdivided into five sections, biscuit forming, flour applying, mixing, pressing and packing. In the manufacturing course, biscuit compressor is the key device for pressing.

Features:

1. The machine is composed of several parts such as mechanical structure, hydraulic system, electric-driven structure and electronic control part . It is equipped with stainless steel hopper and feeding track.

2. Except feeding,the machine automatically operates in an unattended way.

3. Many machine can be connected by conveyor lines to form a unit for automatic running.

4. If equipped with an automatic feeding part, it can realize full-automatic unattended operation. Manual feeding, automatic pressing,automatic dischargeing, four-station running and four-mold pressing
