Product Details:
What's FFC?
The FFC cable is a flexible flat cable Flexle Flat Cable(FFC). It is a new type of data cable that is compacted by a PET insulating material and a thin tin-plated flat copper wire through a high-tech automation equipment production line. It has the advantages of soft, casual bending and folding, thin thickness, small size, simple connection, convenient disassembly, and easy to solve electromagnetic shielding(EMI).
The primary rolling process steps for FFC alignment:
1. billet FFC row line billet is mainly cast small billet, its side length is generally 120 ~ 150mm, most of the length is 6 ~ 12 meters. In real life production, the quality of continuous casting billet is tested by visual measurement, electromagnetic sensation detection and ultrasonic detection.
2.heating is generally used step heating furnace heating. The application for heating is less corrosion and decarbonization, no distortion of billets, and no overheating and overburning. Today's high-speed FFC line rolling mill billets are large and long, which applies to the average heating temperature and a small category of strong temperature.
Purpose of service:
1. Lead customer choose a best connection sulotion way.
2. 20pcs free sample. Support more than 20pcs sample for old customer.
3. OEM/ODM service. We have a strong R&D team to support connector design.
4. Quickly response, email reply within 12hours,online inquiry is welcome.
5: Serivce attitude:our business is not just connector supply, it's about deliverying promises.
Advantages of FFC alignment:
The FFC line has higher assembly reliability and quality. The FFC line reduces the hardware required for the internal connection, such as welding points, relays, floor lines, and cables commonly used in traditional electronic packaging, so that the FFC line can supply higher assembly reliability and quality.
