Description

Supply Dial Switch pin DS-08P red and blue gold plated 8-bit 16-pin duplex with long life and good quality

Mechanical properties:


1. Operation force: 8N(maximum)

2. Pushbutton stroke: 2.00mm
3. Service temperature: -20℃~+70℃

4. Storage temperature: -40℃~+85℃

Electrical performance:


1. Electrical life: tested under voltage of 24VDC and current of 25mA, capable of moving back and forth for 2000 times.
2. Rated current for infrequent switching: 100mA, 50VDC.
3. Rated current for frequent switching: 25mA, withstand voltage: 24VDC.
4. Contact impedance: initial value maximum 50 m Ω maximum 100 m Ω after the test
5. Insulation resistance: the minimum 100 m Ω, 500 VDC.

6. Compressive strength: 500VAC/1 min
7. Inter-pole capacitance: Max. 5pF

8. Loop: single contact single selection

Welding and cleaning process:


1. Make sure the switch is in the "off" position during all operations.
2. Hand welding: Use 30 watt soldering iron to control the temperature at 320℃, and the welding time is about 2 seconds.
3. Wave soldering: The recommended soldering temperature is 250+5℃ for 3-5 seconds.
4. Cleaning process: Ultrasonic wave is used for cleaning, which can give better results;
When using steam cleaning, the temperature should not exceed 51℃.
