Industrial Wasted Plastic PE/PP Film Cusher/ Granular Machine

PE PP films crusher is specially designed for crushing PE PP film, such as PE agriculture film, PE PP waste bags, ton bag, woven bags, waste industry film and so on. Arc knife structure and strip screen design make material not winding on the blade, as well mesh screen, thus there will be no plugging during machine working.

The output of PE PP films crusher is 300kg/h -1500kg/h. we design and manufacture PE PP film crusher based on every customer’s requirement.

Features of Wasted Plastic PE/PP Film Cusher/ Granular Machine

  • Made of SKD-11 alloy steel(Japanese Standard), sharp edge, Durable
  • Steel body and clamping blade prevent the machine from cracking
  • Processed material will be sucked into a silo, and there is a hand valve at the bottom of the silo.
  • The inlet of hopper is square so as to match with belt conveyor.
  • Two flywheels ensure strong crushing ability and stability of the crusher.
  • Sound separation layer in the feeding door lowers operations noise levels
