• TPU special precision extruder 6 zone automatic temperature control, special gearbox, frequency control, the whole machine heating power 15KW. The extruder temperature control system adopts advanced: thyristor temperature control system. The control accuracy of this system can reach within 0.5 degrees

• It provides guarantee for high temperature control. Both screw and screw are made of 38CrMoALA high quality nitrided steel. The surface hardness is HV800-900, the thickness of the nitride layer is 0.5-0.8MM, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, the screw is electroplated, not easy to be stocked, and plasticize.

• 304 stainless steel 6 m cooling water tank 1.5MM stainless steel water tray, with vacuum pump, multi-directional manual adjustment settings, flexible operation. The cooling water tank body is all welded with 304 stainless steel material, which can meet the food grade requirements and can produce medical tubes.

• Four-wheel traction cutting machine wheeled traction unit (with printing machine, with meter meter, counting function), the traction speed reaches 20m/min. High efficiency and high precision worm gear reducer drive. With Taiwan meter wheel, automatic cutting; can be printed with function.

• Semi-automatic winder torque motor speed regulation, winding speed is fast, neatly arranged.
