• Regid PVC powder material hot and cold mixer unit machine

PVC powder hot and cold mixing unit machine is main used in PVC powder resin adding, drying, coloring and mixing with different processing aids according to different fomulas for making rigid strips function purpose for reinfoced pipes.

PVC powder hot and cold mixing unit machine is composed of high speed hot mixer, cool mixer and control cabinet.

Hot mixer : Heating and stiring PVC resin powder by self-friction due to blades is on high speed rotating by motor, as well as heater inside of the pot.

Cool mixer : Cooling PVC resin powder by circuit cooling water of the bending stainless steel pipes for touching material in the pot.

• Soft PVC compound material color mixer ( Optional)

PVC compound material color mixer machine is main used in PVC compound resin adding, drying, coloring and mixing with master batch according to different colors requires for making different colors of PVC suction hose pipe function purpose.

PVC compound material color mixer machine is composed of silo,motor, gear reducer box, stir blade and control cabinet.

If soft PVC part of PVC suction hose pipe color is transparant, then we didn't need this mixer machine. It is optional only.

• Screw Loader Machine

Screw loader machine is used for loading mixed regid PVC powder resin material into hopper on the top of extruder from ground. Mixed PVC resin material will be transported by screw covery in the middle of stainless steel pipe automaticly. It is controlled by timer, motor will start to working and driven the screw transport the mixed PVC resin material forward every setting minutes.

• Vacuum Loader Machine

Vacuum loader machine is used for loading soft PVC compound resin material into hopper on the top of extruder from ground. Soft PVC compound resin material will be transported by vacuum covery in the middle of soft PVC suction hose pipe automaticly. It is controlled by timer too.

• Single Screw Extruder ( Two sets, one is for regid PVC, one is for soft PVC)

Single screw extruder is main part of PVC suction hose pipe making machine line. It is used for feeding,transporting, plasticing,melting PVC resin material.

Single screw extruder is composed of driven motor, gear reducer box, screw and barrel, casting aluminum heater, cooling blower, hopper and control cabinet.

Driven motor: It is main part of single screw extruder. We'd better choose good brand AC type driven motor matching with inverter controll for saving power running cost.

Gear recuder box: It is used for connecting motor and for reducing rotating speed of screw through size and teeth of gear changing in the gear box.

Screw and barrel: It is most important part of single screw extruder. Design of single screw is becoming to special and customzied now due to many different kind plasic materials are using. The surface of screw should be paint double alloy for anti-wear.

Casting aluminum heater: It is used for heating barrel and screw which ensure mixed PVC resin material can be plasticizing and melting under the suitable temperature.

Cooling blower : It is used for cooling barrel and screw. if temperature of screw and barrel will be excess setting temperature, cooling blowers start to work for cooling barrel which avoid PVC material resolved in the inside of barrel.

Hopper : It is used for keep the mixed PVC resin material in the silo and make sure material can be into barrel continuously. It is like a material transport station.

Control Cabinet: It is used for control whole cornic double screw extruder running by switchs or PLC programes according to different circuits control required.

• Co-Extrusion Mould & Die Head

Co-extrusion mould and die haed is another important part of PVC suction hose pipe production line. Regid PVC powder material and soft PVC compound material will be forced into extrusion die and melted mixing together through connect flange by screw forward transported after plasticizing and melting in the inner side of barrel.

The strips shape from co-extrusion mould die is not the same for different type suction hose pipe, the soft PVC material cover rigid PVC material and surface is flat if your required PVC suction hose surface is smooth. Otherwise the strip shape will be corrugated. It depends on required suction hose pipe specification.

• Forming Device & Forming Mould

Forming device is used for forming mould rotating speed control , hot strips which is from co-ectrusion mould die can be sticks each other in spiral type line on the surface of forming mould by rotaing.This is main part of PVC spiral reinforced suction hose pipe forming process.

Rotating speed of forming mould is controlled by inverter, it is easy to adjust the speed of rotation and keep it the same with strips extrusion speed.

Forming mould is made by special steel material and the surface of steel coved by PTFE material for make sure hot strips is not stick on it.

• Water Cooling Bath

Water cooling bath is main used for cooling hot PVC suction hose pipes which is from extrusion mould die. It made by stainless steel, length of cooling bath reached to 30 meters due to suction hose pipe is keeping rotatiing on the forming device. We can coiling the suction hose pipes directly by coiler if legth of cooling bath is enough.

• Coiler ( Optional)

Coiler is used for winding PVC suction hose pipe automaticly. There are two type of coilers, one type is single disc coiler, anther one is two disc coiler. In normal, single disc coiler is enough for PVC suction hose pipe only. Due to cooling bath length can reach to 30 meters, so coiler can be winding pipes smoothly even if the PVC suction hose pipe is keep rotating.

3. What's the PVC spiral reinforced suction hose pipe making process ?

PVC spiral reinforced suction hose pipe making process is almost the same with other kinds of PVC pipes making process. Sure, it is some different with rigid PVC pipe making process. Due to there are two kinds of PVC material, one is soft PVC compound, another one is rigid PVC powder ,we need to two single extruders for extruding two types of PVC material first. Then due to pipe is spiral type, so we need forming device for rotating PVC strips on the forming mould to make pipe be required shape. But we don't need haul-off unit machine and cutter machine for this kind pipe, it saves cost of complete PVC spiral reinforced suction hose pipe extrusion line.
