Underground Extend Stem Fully Welded Body Ball Valve Antistatic

Product Description

Due to the fully Welded Ball Valve valve seat is composed of a carbonized sealing ring and

a disc spring, it has strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature, and will not produce

any leakage within the marked pressure and temperature range.

General Design Features

Fully welded body Sealant injection fitting for emergency stem&seat sealing
Spring energized seats ISO5211 Mounting pad for actuator or gear operator
Metal or soft seated Removable stem seal under full line pressure in fully opened or closed position
Double Block and Bleed Antistatic device for grounding of the ball, stem and body
Full or reduced bore Self-lubricated bearings in accordance with API6D, API6FA, BS6755 and NACE01-75(latest edition)
Flanged or welded ends Trunnion supported design reduces operating torque
Blow-out proof trunnion stem design 8″& above valves are equipped with lifting lugs
Corrosion resistant low friction bearing Two sets of O-ring plus fireproof stem packing prevent leakage
