INTRODUCTION
Electrofusion weldable joint is a pre-cut high-quality HDPE sheet embedded with nicochrome net. It is used as polymer pipe welding materials or fittings, which is installed by a special electric heating welder.
The tape size can be customized. It can be used for a big range of pipe diameter from 200mm.
Electrofusion mesh:
Material and composition: The electrofusion mesh is made of nickel and chromium thin-walled stainless steel plates by high-pressure punching. and the composition of the stainless steel plate meets the following requirements
Performance:
1. Adopt high-quality raw material: HDPE 2480 produced by China Petroleum &Chemical Corporation and High-temperature resistance nicochrome net.
2. The tape/sheet is fully fused with the pipe after electric heating with good sealing effect, corrosion resistance, and long life service.
3.Able to withstand axial forces initiated by axial movements of the pipe in the ground;
4.Able to withstand radial forces and bending moments;
5. Able to withstand the effects of temperature and temperature variations.
