Steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line is utilized for applying anti-corrosion coatings to steel pipes in the factory with different diameters, which is increasingly used in various construction projects, particularly in heating, gas, and oil fields.
The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.
3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer and outer polyethylene layer.

The three-layer polyethylene corrosion-resistant coating is a sophisticated technology serving as the outer protective layer for buried pipes, commonly used in the protection of gas and oil transmission pipelines, urban gas distribution, water supply lines, and other fluid transport pipelines.
