Product introduction:
The lever ball float steam trap valve is an automatic valve type mainly used in steam pipelines and equipment. It can automatically discharge condensed water, air, and other non condensable gases, and prevent steam leakage.
Level ball float steam trap's working principle is based on the ball float rising and falling with the change of condensate water level, thereby driving the lever to adjust the opening of the valve seat hole and control the discharge of condensate water.
The lever ball float steam trap valve contains a movable float inside, which floats up and down with the change of liquid position in the valve chamber, and drives the opening or closing of the valve disc through the lever mechanism.
-The valve seat is always below the liquid level, forming a water seal to ensure no steam leakage.
-Internally equipped with exhaust devices, such as membrane box components, which can automatically eliminate non condensable gases, improving work quality and service life.

The actual working pressure difference must be lower than the maximum working pressure difference of the steam valve, such as 0.1 bar-4.5 bar, 4.5 bar chosen, 4.6 bar-10bar, and 10 bar chosen. |

-Automatic exhaust: Level ball float steam trap is equipped with an automatic exhaust device inside, it can effectively eliminate non condensable hot and cold gases and prevent air lock phenomenon.
-Long service life: Level ball float steam trap with special sealing element which adopts a spherical structure without concentrated wear during operation, special design of a balanced double valve seat structure optional, which can achieve small volume and large drainage capacity, and has a long service life.
-Low working pressure: Level ball float steam trap minimum working pressure can reach 0.01Mpa, and the maximum back pressure rate is ≤ 85%.
