YG43H series of pressure reducing valves belongs to the pilot piston pressure reducing valve. It consists of two parts: the main valve and the pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of valve seat, main valve disc, piston, spring and other parts.
The pilot valve is mainly composed of valve seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, regulating spring and other parts.
By adjusting the spring pressure to set the outlet pressure and using a diaphragm to sense the outlet pressure change, by opening and closing the pilot valve to drive the piston and adjust the size of the over-current area at the main valve throttle position, to achieve pressure reduction and stabilization function.

Comared with ordinary pressure reducing valve product, YG43H series of products has made the following improvements including increasing the piston area, changing the throttling structure, altering the sealing form, and improving the pilot valve structure and adjusting spring form, which significantly improved valve performance in following aspects.
1. Improved the sensing efficiency of outlet pressure changes, increased sensitivity, and greatly reduced pressure deviation caused by upstream pressure changes, flow rate changes, and other factors.
2. Improved streamline distribution and reduced noise.
3. Improved the sealing surface structure and extended the lifespan of the sealing surface.
This product is mainly used for steam pipelines, suitable for steam pipelines with large changes in inlet pressure and flow rate.
