Diaphragm pressure reducing valve is a commonly used fluid control device, which controls the pressure of the fluid to maintain it within the set value range.
The diaphragm pressure reducing valve is composed of a valve body, a spring, a diaphragm, and a regulating device. When the fluid pressure entering the valve body exceeds the set pressure value, the fluid will enter the lower part of the diaphragm, increasing the area of the lower part of the diaphragm and generating spring compression force. The spring between the upper and lower parts of the diaphragm is compressed, and the valve body switch is adjusted according to the degree of deviation, thereby changing the cross-sectional area of fluid passing through the valve body. The change in the area below the diaphragm will alter the opening of the valve body, thereby controlling the flow of fluid through the valve body.
When the fluid pressure entering the valve body is too high, the pressure on the upper part of the diaphragm exceeds the set value, the spring compression force decreases, the valve body opens, and the cross-sectional area of the fluid passing through the valve body increases, reducing the pressure, if the fluid passes through the diaphragm pressure reducing valve, the movement of the diaphragm adjusts the opening of the valve body to maintain the fluid pressure within the set range, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the fluid system.
In short, diaphragm pressure reducing valves control the movement of the diaphragm, adjust the opening of the valve body to control the flow rate of fluid through the valve body, and thus achieve the regulation and control of fluid pressure. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, and stable operation, and is widely used in various industrial fields.

1. Direct acting diaphragm structure is adopted, with simple internal structure, no jamming, reliable performance and durability.
2. It is dirt resistant and water-proof. It does not need bypass pipe, the piping is very simple and can save a lot of space and piping cost.
3. The outlet pressure is precisely adjustable. In general, it can be considered that the outlet pressure is not affected by the inlet pressure (the variation of the outlet pressure is 8% of △ P1)
4. Excellent hydraulic characteristics, small pressure loss, decompression ratio of more than 10:1.
5. It can meet various decompression requirements, especially suitable for branch decompression system.
