ANSI ASME API Standard Stainless Steel Rising Stem Wedged Gate Valve
Product Introduction:
Gate Valve is a particular type of valve product that regulates fluid flow in pipeline by opening or shutting a gate or wedge that moves vertically to let or limit fluid flow, the gate travels perpendicular to the service flow, hence the name and it is the most typical and straightforward form of valves product.
Gate valves are frequently opened and closed by spinning a handwheel or utilizing a bevel gear actuator, pneumatic actuator or a motorized actuator to rotate a threaded stem. The fluid can pass through the valve unhindered when the gate is fully lifted. The valve is effectively shut off when the gate is lowered because it obstructs the fluid passage.
