Blowdown valve is directly dependent on the force produced by the medium pressure to help the mechanical load seal on the valve disc, the mechanical load on the valve disc is mainly from the compression spring, which is almost fixed mechanical load. Although the loaded blowdown valve can be well sealed by adjusting the spring force for compression springs, the seal differential pressure must be strong enough to ensure sufficient sealing force to seal the valve during normal operation.The sealing pressure difference should also be less than the opening and closing pressure difference to ensure flexible opening.
