Product introduction:
The HH44X series micro resistance slow closing check valve is composed of a valve body, valve cover, valve disc, valve shaft, and regulating valve. Used for water supply and drainage pipelines, installed at the outlet of the water pump to prevent medium backflow and eliminate destructive water hammer, and can effectively reduce valve closing water hammer pressure, ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline network.
The HH44X series micro resistance slow closing check valve relies on the flow rate and water head of the inlet medium, and the valve disc automatically opens to allow the medium to pass through. The pressure water inside the valve body flows into the rear chamber of the piston assembly through a micro valve, pushing the piston out of the piston chamber. When the water flow stops (or when the water pump suddenly stops running), the valve disc automatically closes due to its own weight and the effect of water backflow. However, due to the piston being in the pushed out position, it presses against the valve disc, preventing it from fully closing the valve port. The remaining 20% of the opening allows water to flow through, which weakens the water hammer pressure. When the valve disc is pressed against the end of the piston, due to the generation of reaction force, the water in the rear chamber of the piston prevents the piston from exiting and also prevents the valve disc from closing. The valve disc will slowly close through the control of the micro adjustment valve.
